Let me tell you what happened, one by one.
1. My boss got fired.
Well...not really fired, but they asked her to file for resignation. I think the GM didn't like her. Po0or boss.=( I know in my previous blog i said how much my boss annoys me, but the fucken management isn't fair. They shouldn't have done that. I got so shocked with the news. When I got to talk to my boss about what happened, I felt sad and sorry for her. I want to work for her and nobody else in the company. I think. hehe. My new boss is the Singaporean guy who hates girls from La Salle. He said it's a bitch school. Screw you asshole! He had a traumatic experience with a lasallite He got dumped. Hahaha. Good for ya. No girl would want a guy who can't pronounce properly. He pronounces "with" as "WIF" and "twelve" as "CHWELF". And he lacks a lot of S's with plural words. I just laugh my ass off everytime he speaks. Ohwell. How will I be able to build my respect for this guy? Oh forget it. He's not worth respecting. He's just an ass. I just hope I can focus with all the work I should accomplish before I leave him...Why would i leave him? Let's get to the next story...
2. Re-staffing of the whole organization at the Panoly.
Yep. Panoly has a new GM. So he rules. Whatever he says will be done. He has a cost-cutting project, and that includes taking off some manpower. Whew. I found that out through an email at my boss's (x boss i mean) email account for the ofc...So I was pretty nervous because they can take me out since I'm still on probi...
Early this week the GM came here in Manila and together with the sales team and top management, we had a meeting. He was asking us one by one what background we had. He asked me first and asked what course I took. Proud to be an HRIM student ehem!=D He asked what was my major and I said I took all three: culinary, management and tourism. He asked howcome, and I said that's what College of St. Benilde was offering at my time. As if a bell rang when he heard me say College of st. Benilde. He said, "Uh, really? You're from Benilde? Interesting. I'll keep that in mind." Uh. Okay. What was that all about? That kept me puzzled.
Then at around an hour before the day ends for me at work, this GM guy called me as asked me to come with him at the conference room. Fcuk. What does this Danish guy want (im not even sure if he's danish!). He was holding my 201 file. And then there it went.
I got a lot of compliments from this guy. Gave me a lot of affirmations. He was impressed with my resume and transcripts. He said he thinks I'm wasting my time in Sales. I got a lot of potentials and he thinks I'm an asset to the company....So0o0o0o0o0o....
He wants me to work in Boracay.
Front Office Supervisor.
Damn managerial position.
*shocked*
So0o0o. Well. Yeah.
It's either I accept it, or tender my resignation. I got no place in Manila anymore but Boracay. Whew.
So yeah, I decided last Friday 'cause I have to.
Yep, I'm going.
I'll be an Island Girl in no time.
Leaving on Aug.1, tentatively. Whew.
and the last one...
3. Got a boyfriend na.
Yup. Last July1. Nyak Criselle pareho pa tayo ng date. hehe. Did I just do something stupid? Kung kelan ako aalis tska pa ko magbboyfriend?
Well I just told Dennis that I'm happy that I finally got to tell him how I feel now that I'm leaving. Telling him how I feel doesn't necessarily mean that we have to be "together". He was supportive of the job offer I had. And he wants this relationship to continue.
So un. May bf na ko. Hehehe.=) I am totally clueless on what else is gunna be in store for me. Just hoping for the best.
