What a freakin' week. Monday was okay, it started right; but Tuesday felt like how Monday should be - I was late for work. I hate being late. I left the house early but the freakin' train (sosyal train daw. haha) is just f*cked up. Travel time was like 2 hours instead of less than an hour. Imagine that. I had a terrible start.

But hey, God is good! He rewards people who work hard! haha. I had this client from London, Ms. Jacqui Wright. I first encountered her when I was still in Cebu for my training. I was the one who was able to take that phonecall and I made the reservations for her parents and all. The second time she contacted me was through email, since it's more practical than her calling me up once in a while. This time she was booking herself. I did all the necessary stuff needed to arrange her reservations with the hotel. She was glad indeed that I was able to respond to her requests immediately. She was so glad that she wanted to pay a visit to the office to meet me personally. I was happy to give her the office address. I knew when she would check-in and out of the hotel, but I wasn't really expecting her to REALLY visit me in the office.
Well that happened on Tuesday.

Ms. Jacqui and I (wasn't ready for the pose, I looked harrassed in this pic)

I thought the person who came in the office was just a person inquiring about the hotel, when she said she was looking for Patricia, and said she was Jacqui, and she said that with an English accent...ding ding ding, that's her! haha. We just chatted and chatted; she was happy indeed to meet me finally in the flesh. she really appreciated what I did for her; she said everything went smoothly from the time the plane landed in Mactan. She loved the service in our hotel. And I was really happy as well because we had another satisfied guest. Like I said awhile ago, I was just doin' my job.=)
If commending me was enough for you, then look at this:

"C'mon, open it."

She brought me a present! Let me rephrase that...presents!=D She said it's just a li'l sumpthin from her to show me that she indeed appreciated the work I did for her. She wasn't sure if I'll like the gifts, but hey those are still gifts! I'm happy already even if I haven't seen it yet! It came from London, helo0o0! haha.
I was just too eager to talk to her about stuff; she's interesting that's why. She works for a recording company...Anyhoo, she asked me to open the presents 'cause she wants to know if I'm gunna like it or not.

i feel pretty...oh so pretty..

God. It's a really really pretty bag. The daintiest I'll ever have. I opened it, I saw a big plastic tag w/ Marks&Spencer label on it. I thought it was the bag tag. When I showed it to my boss she took out what I thought was a tag; I was mistaken..

bling bling.

I'm so stupid not to notice there was a necklace in the bag. I guess I was too excited with the bag. Or I must really be stupid. hehe. Ms. Jacqui asked me if I liked it...hell yeah! I said it was "lovely!" I was trying to impress her with my ability to speak a like an englishman. Blahhhahah. hahaha.
Oh she's not finish yet...

let me sink my teeth into these babies...

She went to PARIS before going to Cebu...And she bought these chocolates...And shit I cannot even pronounce the last name of the brand...Jeff de WHA? phew. She said so far, those are the best chocolates she has ever tasted. And I told her, she just knew what I wanted. I am so into bags...pretty ones (she has an awesome taste!), plus the chocolates!!! I'm a freakin' chocoholic!

thin dark chocolates (my fave) plus an eiffel tower keychain....i just love it.

I showed it to my boss and that's what she said...God is good! I was rewarded to being good i guess! hehe...
She said that the Marks necklace isn't available here in pinas...and it's kinda pricey too. Hey i'll take that from my boss alright. hehe. Plus the bag is H&M...not available here in pinas as well.. Malamang pati yung chocs...How lucky was I? I thanked Ms. Jacqui for visiting me...that was enough to make my day...really! The presents were a plus lang talaga.;) I earned a friend from doin' my job.;) International pa ang new friend ko neng. hehehe.

Well back to reality; LRT was fucked up again on Wednesday. I was late again. Shit happens talaga. Life goes on.

Thursday was good I guess cause I wasn't late anymore. Importante talaga to start the day right eh. Friday was a lil better, I was the first one to get in the office; kaya lang we were reprimanded rin by our boss nga na we should avoid being late na. Hindi lang naman ako but hey I was guilty. Well it wasn't intentional. I didn't do it on purpose...i didn't want it to happen...Shit happens lang talaga, diba?=p hehe.
That night Joes asked me if I still wanted to sell my ipod to him. Sige go, my nano is yours Joes. Been wanting to get a new one kase; but I'm all kuripot these past few days. I've been saving for Christmas already.

But I got sad when I went to work without my ipod. Traveling all the way to work without it was boring.
That afternoon Joes and I went to the mall to look around for the new iPod. I found it expensive at Mac center. I shrugged my shoulders and we went window shopping nalang. Kurips talaga. hehe. But before we left the mall we took a last look where mom bought her laptop. I inquired about the ipod and it was quite lower compared to the ones at the Mac center. Same terms rin naman with Mac. I can have it insured pa for 2 years and still it's lower compared to Mac center. I called up mom to ask if i really should buy one now. I'm not in a hurry naman...she said what's the point of delaying. Wala rin. Fine. I had the plastic card swipeeeeed.

The music goes on.

20 more hours of hed Kandi...ahh..this is the life. It's nice to spend rin once in a while to see where all your hardwork is going...it's a motivation for you to keep workin'...Well for me it's a factor.

It's Monday again tomorrow...another week. Maybe I just have to think it'll soon be payday baby!=)
I'm gonna doze off now, I don't want to be late tomorrow.

Tata...
